  • This is why you should stay out of that section from Bed Bath & Beyond!

  • that picture of pennywise in the related vids + this theme song scared the shit out of me!

  • They have this song on the tower of terror

  • thumb up if youre mother or father bring you here

  • This must have blown peoples minds back when it first aired.

  • They changed the intro (sometimes just subtley) on a few occasions. I think that I actually prefer the original one.

  • is it wierd for a 9 year old to like the twilight zone in 2012 ???

  • @starr6225 Yes, it is. Go away and watch Hannah Montana, like normal kids do.

  • Haha I love watching this, I can't believe this, and other shows like the three stooges can be so entertaining. Why can't they have other shows like this today ;-;

@Banatterie Are you saying I'm not normal either!? (im 13 btw)

  • @Frozenflutter Of course. You're not allowed to see that. I was just sarcastic, because it's so annoying when people write something like "Hey, I'm 10, and I like that! I'm cool right?". As if age is important.

  • @starr6225 not at all. glad someone your age can respect a true classic :)

  • THE greatest show ever , not many shows can say they have 156 episodes and NONE of them were shitty

  • @pelamar121

    True

  • @pelamar121 well none were "shitty" i wouldnt say that but i would say some are "meh"

  • Is he describing the Twilight Zone or the Friend Zone?

  • I just saw a couple of episodes on Netflix and I'm in love with it.

  • Rod Serling, a genius.

(remind me bowser castle sound theme at 0:25 by the way.)

  • Rod Sterling was and is the greatest TV writer ever.

  • the twilight zone is discords mind

  • @tylerninja1997 BROHOOF

  • @manfulify indubitably my good sir....or madam

  • I'm 14 and I heard some things about this particular tv serie..is it worth it to watch online?

  • @iwannab0123 This is one of the best sci-fi/paranormal series of all time. It's old, late 50's I believe, but if you're a desensitized teen who loves seeing excessive violence and exaggerated CGI, then this isn't the show for you. If, however, you have a very wild and vivid imagination, it's a must.

  • @afa78djd I'm a girl and I hate those kinds of movies :D and I just finished watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends online...Now I'm searching for a tv show to watch online...I think I'm gonna take a look at this one..thanks bty! :D

  • @iwannab0123 It's very much worth it. One of if not thee best show ever made. Frightening, thought provoking and inspiring. Try a few episodes and see if you like it.

  • @Bellydancer241 I really can't wait to watch it!!! Last night I asked my aunt about it and she told me that when she was little, she used to watch this every night!! This has got to be great!

  • @iwannab0123 yes. I think CBS.com is your twilight zone for the classic show, as well as watching it on syfy cable. Netflix might have it streaming.

  • What is COMIC SANS doing in there??

    THAT's scary.

  • What exactly is the twilight zine

  • Its soo EPIC!

  • Lol I know all the words to this by heart! Best show Eva!!

  • 33R!3 but i love !t epiC!!! :)

  • Made a series of campy shorts inspired by the best of the worst of The Twilight Zone called "Devil's own Tape Vault of Horror" check out the first episode, The River Styx, on our channel

  • My life is a twilight zone. Trust me. Just look at my favorites list.

  • rod sterlings soul is controlling the twiliight zone

  • Comment removed

  • I love how the top two comments are references to modern pop culture referencing the Twilight Zone

  • The Friend Zone

  • @TheConcreteBalloon You're*

  • What if Rod Serling controls most of the parallel universes and he crossed our reality for 2 of our decades and has a tv show in each alternate reality were he shows what are realities for everyone they live in them?

  • @BulletDudette he probably went back in time using a time machine and he now lives in an alternate reality. Space and time continueum disrupted. He now lives in a time line that is different than ours. It is 2011 for him but in another time line. I think I have watched too many" Back to the Future " movies. Doctor Are you there? lol

  • Wtf my connection is workin

  • today, i walked out my frontdoor. and all of a sudden... i entered... the twilight zone.

  • @blinkbreathrepeat watch the first step, it might be your last... lol

  • the twilight zone theme scares the crap out of me

  • ... you just crossed over into The Friend Zone.

    much, much scarier.

  • @Drsaltybear OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, WHERES THE DOOR!?!?

  • @gotaprobbob I don't know. I'm looking for it myself. Get me outta here !!!!!!

  • Rod Serling is the voice inside my head, narrating my life

  • @MrSteamboatWillie whoa, i just heard him reading that line from you... maybe it's truer than you think!!!!!!

    (Cue music)

  • ow i get it im alan wake and im watching random videos of nigth springs

  • Imagine if you will another universe XD

  • You unlock this door with a key of the interwebz. You enter a new video. A video of earrape...a dimension of seizure-causing flashes...a dimension of mindless commenters. You're moving into a video of both idiots and trolls, of pointless things that make no sense and ideas for YTPs, you've just crossed into...

    ...that weird part of YouTube.

  • im on a horse

  • I jus got mind fucked =\

  • 0:09 the door!

    the door is everything

the door is all that once was and all that will be

the door controls time and space, love and death

the door can see into your mind

the door can see into your soul!

really, th-the door can do all that?

    heh, no

  • @xyoimizzyx Love those silly unicorns!

  • @xyoimizzyx lolol

  • @xyoimizzyx the door is a metaphor that relates to the "UNKNOWN"

  • @TheDoormat2u Yes it is a metaphor.Opening a door is entering a new space,a new environement we don't know. But it can be good too sometimes.Rod serling was my favourite man of the whole series!lol!!!I found him so handsome.he had a sweet voice, nice voice.Quite good looking man!!wow!

  • man i am tripping balls

  • You've just entered... THE TWILIGHT SPARKLE ZONE.

  • @ElectricPandaa fuck you bronies at least leave one thing in the world pure without ruining it

  • Your about to enter, the scary door

  • fyi, THATS NOT THE ONLY INTRO.

  • Stupid

  • thumbs up if u followed instrutions from xXmasterwaffleXx to watch this at the same time as APPLE.MOV

  • LOL! I was there and this girl in front of me said 'TEH TWILIGGHT ZONE!' in a hoarse voice.

  • My science teacher was talking about dimmensions and at one point he said "the twilight zone" so me and a bunch of other kids hummed the music at the beginning! It reminds me of the tower of terror at D-land

  • @tall32guy its from the show "futurama" one of the shows that the characters like to watch or you see it in the background is called "the scary door"

  • "The zone where normal things don't happen. Very often."

  • This is scary.

  • The Scary door

  • @duhcopstrangla why when you have to take a survey

  • I AM TRYING TO GET EVERY LIVING TWILIGHT ZONE ACTORS AUTOGRAPH! CHECK IT OUT AND SUB!

  • @duhcopstrangla THUMBS DOWN FOR SURVEYS

  • MAN I love the Twilight Zone! Best T.V. Show yet! :D

  • Anyone else gets a "I'm on a horse" vibe from the narrator xD?

  • The reason the original was so brilliant? Because Serling explained in his own words what he wanted to do: explore subjects that were considered 'too dangerous' for mainstream through the lens of the fantastic, eerie, and bizarre. The stories weren't a horror anthology; they were an imagination anthology, where there was no such thing as 'dangerous thoughts'. As such, I wonder whether a true Twilight Zone is even possible, in today's National Security media culture...that Rod warned us of.

  • @VampireYoshi Brilliant yes but sometimes scary.I remember the episode"mirror image"the first time i watched this story i was scared!!i had nightmares after.Same thing with "the spur of the moment"season 5 and other episodes, like"stop over in a quiet town"when i was a teen it scared the hell out of me.SO horrible!!now i can see the fake little girl who isn't giant but at that time it was scaryyyyyy

  • Imagine if you will, an anouncer you can barely understand. He refers to a glkblglm, but you're not quite sure what he said. Mhsmmstbhethngsmthng, or perhaps is a little drunk. It's remotely possible that he just said something about...

    The Scary Door.

  • you unlock this door with a key of imagination I_I beyond it is another dimension of sound I+I a dimension of sight (.) a dimension of mind E=mc² your moving into a land of both shadow and (<^) o-I---< subtance of things and ideas you have just crossed over into the twilight zone

  • What did that doll have anything to do with anything?

  • @hawkas5523 nothing. that's the point.

  • Thumbs up if you get the chills just by listening to this.

  • The Scary Dooor

  • It's 2011 & this show even as old as it is will always be ahead of its time! Nothing on now compares & it's still being shown on Chiller which shows how much of an impact it makes. I truly believe the Twilight Zone is the father of Sci-fi on TV!

The revamps were good but nothing beats the originals!

  • you just crossed over into....... OHIO!!!!

  • My twilight zone episode was "the monsters are due on maple street" and it's also my favorite

  • I's creepy good.

  • well done....

  • When you are recovering from TBI, this is exactly where your mind is!

  • 'welcome to the scary door"

  • @DrMrPeters Where's all this "scary door" stuff from? LOL

  • 0:16 the grandma of comic sans :O!!!

  • that scares the crap out of me :S

  • My dad actually saw Rod Sterling. He was working underground Atlanta , and he was walking down a subway station and saw him on the staircase. He said he was a real nice guy , and very mild mannered.

  • I like the futurama spoof of (in Rod Serling's voice) The Scary Door.

  • To anybody that came here after riding Tower of Terror (or I guess seeing the movie...bleh) please do society a favor - educate yourselves...by watching some ORIGINAL TWILIGHT ZONE episodes ;) It's practically required viewing to be American!

  • @GrimGhost999 yeah i have the whole show and i have passes to disneyworld so i can go whenever i want to for free..so lets just say ive been on the ride a MILLION TIMES..

  • @Nconte1944 lol I feel ya: I have a Premium Annual Pass to Disneyland and love the Tower of Terror @ California Adventure (had the series before the ride though) I'm curious, are there props when you leave the ride in Disneyworld and if so, what ones? I've seen props from the show when you disembark @ DCA including the phone Billy Mumy called his "grandma on" and the typewriter that says "get out of here, Finchley", and some others - I'm totally curious to know Nconte :D

  • The last two seconds somehow transported me to a castle in Super Mario Bros. O.o

  • The Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios brought me here.

  • @jamocha101 Amazin ride! Went on it over an over again lol

  • @charlotte1715 I loved it, but my dear old mocho parents wouldn't dare go on it again. Problem was, Disney was having some kind of technical rut this year, because the ride paused for quite a while pre-climax and the elevator full of people was stuck in a convention room that would normally be pitch black if it were working properly. Apparently, that happens often, so unfortunately I didn't get the full experience of the ride. However, dropping thirteen stories certainly was a shock. :3

  • @jamocha101 that made me laugh like i needed to be instatutionalized for twenty minutes.

  • @MorganCupkakke Really? Some moron brought their five-year-old on the ride, and she was sobbing by the time it was over.

  • @jamocha101 i was 10, and screaming my head off... but when i got off, i started laughing like i needed a straight jacket.

  • @MorganCupkakke When I got off, I was smiley and giggly but not laughing...And about "screaming your head off," what's funny is, how when we were walking around the park you could hear the screams from the tower several meters away, and I thought, "Do people really need to be that loud? It can't be that bad," and when I got on the ride, I was probably the loudest of them all. XP

  • sends chills down my spine

  • ROD SERLING FTW!!!!!!

  • It astounds and depresses me that entertainment went from something as amazing to this to things like Jersey Shore.

  • @MarthMcPancakes then, we have a situation... lol

  • you hav cum a cross a world of awkwardness a world with verused charecters and cliches.

  • Great intro music and narration. Too good to forget.

  • Never forget Robert Redford playing "Death" and visiting an old woman who always kept her doors bolted. But because he was so gentle, charming and good looking, she let him in. Saw them all. Such great writing and "don't miss" type of programming.
