  • @mrdshull Thanks, but I have been away from the music scene a long time and over 99.9% options that YouTube gives are bands I have never heard of - probably mostly undiscovered bands trying to promote themselves. The big names are good, but admittedly they get old fast.

  • @Demian602 We do some arm wrestling-styled training now as we were competitive at one point. The above exercise is designed to strengthen tendons, bones and ligaments to the heavier load and is usually followed by vertical wrist curls (with a tiny fraction of the weight) to work the muscle groups we are targeting.
