  • you drop your hands so much man.. what about when the dude side steps and kicks or punches at your head? your technique definitely has power, but your guard comes down and you leave your head exposed

  • why sheeeeee?

  • He explains it good!

  • @didiuanna10 1) With an accent like that he can do whatever he likes. 2) He's the expert... 3) Just calm down...It's just a quick video for those who don't do kickboxing and 4) If he's doing it so wrong then upload your own video then, simple as. I'm a girl too and I've done both karate and kickboxing but i'm not complaining about the video....

  • youre doing the frontkick fucking WRONG. i go kickboxing too, and im a girl. and you wave your hands around BUT YOU FUCKING SHOUDLNT. so. yeah.

  • @didiuanna10 yeah not like hes an expert or anything.

  • this is more a pushkick then a front kick.

  • @2ossy haha yeah, but a front kick kind of is like a push, ur pushin ur leg forward lol. Ive seen much better frontkicks of course, but i think this is a guy just showin ppl who want to learn a little kb that have never done it b4

  • @2ossy what is the difference between those 2 ? i thought the only difference was the name

  • He gets extra ass-kicking points because of the Russian accent.

  • poor kick

  • "Imagine like you're stepping over somthing, like for example, you're walking and something run under your leg and you like *Ohhh* and go forward"

Damnit this vids are not just eds. there're funny to ^^

  • Steven Segal tought me this move he made it up hes the master of front kicks.

  • where did you get that bag from

  • Most powerful kick is ball kick. Krav maga rlz :D

  • Dude are u kidding me, u hit that kick with your ankle not the front part of your feet

  • is the front kick in kickboxing use this as a method over the Teap kick in Muay Thai? Because i would think that leaning back would be necessary for this type of attack in order to get better reach and maintain balance

  • Im watching these kicks.. Ushhhh..

  • Sparta kick :)

  • NERDS SHUT UP! fighting in real life is not a computer game

  • go CELTICSSSSSSSSS

  • is there any flying kicks in Kickboxing?

  • I thought those were called PushKicks sounds better as well :]

  • "juss a sec i don't want to break this bag i broke so many" rofl

  • u must lean back when pushing

  • @eeepcfarzad

i've been thaught to keep your upper body above the leg you're standing on

  • @eeepcfarzad not necessary... Depends on your stance and if you're moving forward or backward... depends on many things. Yes you can lean back but it's not necessary !

  • @eeepcfarzad

    No.

Less power if you lean back. The type of kick RAOSproductions demonstrated directs all energy forward, into the kick.

Leaning back also increases recovery time after the kick.

  • @eeepcfarzad

    no.

  • good one

  • he clearly leans back in the demonstration at the begining yet during the explanation he says not to

  • I am the inspector for equality for kick bags and your brutal kicking has resulted in a subscription...Dam i mean fine
