Johnnymac2201 is right. Pat Metheny do use the Bose L1. I always say if you never tried it or used it, then before you voice an opinion see what up, because you might be surprised. I'm a Bose man and been one for 11 years with my 701's, 501's, 301's, & 201's in which they have never been serviced and I have cranked these speakers and they are still strong as ever, but everyone has his/her opinion on what preference that makes them happy, so to each it's own..

How do I connect my Sony HD camcorder into the Bose Tonematch so I can mute out crowd noise from clubs I play in for better sounding YouTube videos I do solo gigs with a vocal microphone and an acoustic guitar (No soundboard) and when my Dad films I keep getting video but no sound after he plugs a cable from Mic output of camera to the Auxilliary Output of the ToneMatch? Any suggestions? Tory TT
Bose systems are overpriced don't you guys get it no professional producer or band would count on bose I never seen a record studio using bose if you mention bose they will laugh at you guys because bose sound is very lausy and tedious compared to what you could find for a cheaper price, me as an audiophile I said STOP marketing standard paper cone drivers and cheap circuit boards and terminals and get to the real deal like paradigms , polk, etec
