Jeesh, I messed up big time. Shopro kept complaining about my videos, and now some are permanently disabled for a few reasons.

1. They're complete a-holes who don't give a frizzle that I put the copyright disclaimer.

2. I have been "over-disputing."

3. I actually put my YouTube name in the dispute.

4. I just gave my own explanation for the second reason (not in this comment).

@ninjaOFtheiReK Maybe you should think a new strategy to making montages. I would try using music that is good, but less popular. Also make sure you try putting this copyright paragraph in your description. Also putting that you are using the song for entertainment purposes and in no way own the music, might make the copyright people less inclined to take it down.

@starwarsfan117 It's rare since it is such a common occurrence. For example before they made it legal to jaibreak the Iphone. It was technically not illegal, yet you breached the apple ipod terms, therefore making yourself liable. Apple sued nobody in the three years it knew of jailbreaking and could have taken action against it. WMG are dicks, but they probably won't sue you.

Jailbreaking is the act of taking the original software of a device such as the Iphone or Ipod Touch and jailbreaking it, so another developer like a hackers software will work on it. This allows you to change the background, have 5 columns instead of 4, have touch to unlock, shake to lock, and opens a wide array of possibilities for the device that may have not been possible. from free apps to complete system font settings, Jaibreak is amazing.
