There are many questions I get every day that don't require a visit to the physician's office. If I ever feel uneasy in the slightest, I recommend they talk to their physician too. And, though we are not physicians, many pharmacists do have doctoral degrees. So, my title is "doctor", though I do not ask people to address me as such.
