I've been catching up on the heavy rain casts but in case you are interested, the game takes place in Philadelphia. There are several landmarks I recognize, and the statue in the train station exists. I wrote a paper in college about that exact statue, its commemorating veterans who use to work for the rail road. You can also tell its Philly from the murals and a couple of other things. I got really excited when I figured this out.
