This scene is so awesome. It's got an elderly person fight and needle sharing! But seriously this was an amazing conclusion to my favorite game series of all time. You finally get to finish your fight with Liquid, and that was exactly the way I wanted it to end.

@IJustChillingI No no. Not MGS, just MG. Metal Gear Solid was all about Snake. Hence the Solid add-on. Snake's story is done. Next is Metal Gear Rising: Revengenance. The trailers so far make it seem something like a DMC game. But trailers never show everything.

I know about MGR and I was not talking about it. Kojima officially announced that he is going to make a Metal Gear SOLID 5 for sure, but he still doesn't know when. My guess is that is going to be released for the next generation of consoles.

Notice when it went from Metal Gear to Metal Gear Solid he gained a personality and it became about his origins. They've wrapped up everything in the MGS story, even predating Solid. Solid is done. Solid would've been done because Kojima was tired of Snake, since the character was now defined with a personality.

@Theinen84 His personality is also Big Boss's personality so I don't see any stand alone prequel either. Snake's story is done. He would've died if not for the staff convincing Kojima otherwise. You may be talking about when he confirmed a new MG and the interviewees took it for MGS, but he's stated, and confirmed that there will be no MGS beyond the 2014 story time line.

It's been brought up every time there was an interview and he said he's working on "future projects" or even a new "metal gear". However, as MGR trailers were dropped, he confirmed the end for Snake's story. The game case even says that. But agree to disagree.

MGS4 is absolutely the best game on the PS3, until now I consider it my #1 game. Every cutscene in the game is an epic video. My favorite cutscene is when Big Boss hold Old Zero while dying and remember the moments where both of them were young friends, OMG. Also I love the moment when Naomi told Vamp "you can be in peace" and then Vamp: "You mean I can die", "Namoi: Yes", Vamp: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

@DippersandSmiles Well, he went through a microwave, and having the "hero" be on the lesser end instills stronger emotions in the players than if he was easily outmatching his opponent. It's a challenge for Snake just to stand up, much less fight back and conquer Ocelot. The very fact that he endured the beating, stood again, and began to whoop ass is what made the battle great.

Two brothers. Two wars. One last stretch of conflict to bring it all to an end, and Snake must suffer the duration.

@shlombox FOXDIE was never injected into Liquid or the other FOXHOUND guys, only Snake. FOXDIE DID kill Liquid and the other members of FOXHOUND, but that was because they were near Snake when they died, since the virus is an airborne one.

This fight wasn't good vs. bad, it was ocelot wanting to have one last fight with the clone of his most respected friend, big boss. I wouldn't even say liquid was bad in mgs..after all solid snake was working for the government, which turned out to not be in his best interest. (Hell he was forced to do that mission anyway)
