@PiichanPictures yes, I downloaded the newest version and I have read the text, but it isn't really helpping me. Plus, I can't find the addons folder, where it says I'm supposed to put it. I have tried to isntall it though, when I'm in blender I jus go to the install addon thing, but it never works for me. I'm confused

Everytime I try to use it, it says python script now working look in console for now... or something like that... and when I try to install it into the addons, it never shows up? I'm confused?
Looks kind of random to me. Depends on the country and culture. City layouts vary. The typical mid-American city is a freeway loop, with a business core at the center, and freeways and highways going outwards. Western US cities have macro grids (just a term I made up, don't know the tech. name) filled in with more irregular roads to make subdivisions, etc.

Check the blender wiki about addons and where their folder is.

@odiskamata You need to be in Blender 2.49. If you have the latest version of Blender, it will not work because of changes in the scripting language.
