I just viewed this video. I am in my 40s and both of my kids are in college. I feel so blessed. I am a Mother and I can tell you the orphanages are horrible conditions for children. How can I help?
these are probably 20 years old images. things are very different these days. many kids are raised by maternal assistants ( women licensed to raise orphan kids) in normal families. others live in artificial families of 5-7 kids + marenal assistant.
the real problems appear when they're over 18 and do not have housing.

i guess the poor creatures featured here were mentally ill and parents did not want to raise abnormal children.
