Big banks run the uni's!! Major institutions deposit all of their money in multi-natn'l banks, investments are handled by Wall St., a uni's access to capital is regulated by Wall St., and student tuition loans are issued by big time Wall St. banks.
The only way out of this mess to kick Wall St. out of higher ed!! Higher ed must file state banking charters, deposit all tuition dollars into its own bank and issue its own credit.
