  • I have been teaching SilverSneakers since 2006 and I enjoyed the video and how the instructor knows her clientel and follows the guidelines of SS. I have watched other videos on You Tube and quite honestly, cannot believe they get away with doing some of the exercises they are teaching. Absolutely NOT within the guidelines. Keep up the great work.
