salt water flush is nasty.. do the laxative tea.. yup. ,, i only did it for 10 dys and it was good 11 or 12 lbs i lost so its good. now im on to sumn new

just 22 days ago i was 170lbs... now im 152lbs so yup! so possible if u put ur mind to it..

@candykisses302 yeah i was doin the tea & the SWF on day one, but I dont like it lol the tea is working fine..im releasing so much toxins that my body feels like I have the stomach flu when the tea kicks in and i go to the bathroom to eliminate the toxins so all is well cuz the feeling is only temporary :) THANK Y0U!!

@candykisses302 idk it was only like that when i tried the salt water flush but im actually pretty solid up there its more like mucus than pee lol 10 days and maybe longer it depends if i can handle goin longer

XP ima vegetarian so my family eats alot of stuff that i dont eat but my grandma bought pizza & got a cheese pizza for me and my cuz but i didnt eat any THANK GOD lol
