At this time private servers didnt exist yet this is an oficial version with the difference that on that server (philipines) there was a bug that in EoD B1F mobs droped Terragrace, Mystic and Shineguard amped ....

Every buff has got its category, like Strenghten Weapon

Before 140 lvl you can have active one buff of each category

After 140 lvl you can have active 2 buffs of ech category

And at 170 lvl you can have up to 3 buffs of each cateogry
