How? If you knew Megadeth history, you would know, that it was Marty's idea to change the style. Rust in Peace for example was written and recorded BEFORE Marty joined the band, that's why there are no radio-friendly songs. Since Countdown Marty had more and more influence on their music. When Dave said (after Risk) that he wanted to come back to the roots, Marty left the band. And that's how they recorded TWNAH, much heavier album than Risk. Just listen to the interviews with Dave and Marty
