I really like this game. I've read so many comments of people saying, 'It's not like the poem' -- but of course it's not. I mean, if they made a game of the poem, sure, the graphics would be amazing, but you wouldn't battle or anything. It's better as a movie or something. I'm SO glad they did a game which is very loosly based on the poem, because they made it fun and scary!

@PandaPawSmile the poem is based on a mans journey through hell. i dont believe he skipped his way down to the ninth circle holding virgils hand. he was really a crusader in the poem i think, cant remember but yeah shit got real in the poem.

@11oowarrior I've read the poem over 5 times, and Dante is a normal person who is about to commit suicide, he is NOT a crusader. He does not go through pain or fights or battles in Hell, he literally DOES hold Virgil's hand because he is just viewing, not partaking in the torture of souls. If you read the book, you'd get that. But it is very hard to read for a lot fo people, so I could understand if you were confused, as I was when I first read it. But Dante is the writer of the actual poem.
