The federal law states that a firecracker must not have more than 50 mg. of powder. Starting @ at 0:23, you see a table with consumer fireworks along with sky rockets. Then I hear "you see why we do not think that there are such things as safe and sane fireworks." The items on the table were not "safe & sane".
