  • whats the songs called in this doco?? plus big ups to you guys looks harty!!

  • what one moron dislike the video?? I'll like to see you try to do a tatau

  • @peacebuntou ... what you talk about and what the video talks about are two different things. The tatau, as a "mark of manhood", is an INITIATION or MATURATION process, where we put aside childish things, and "become a man"; it's an identity marker (for those for whom it matters). "Providing for your family" is the role of a man as in a LIFESTYLE or DUTY. You can (and should) do it whether you have a tatau or not, and it won't change your status as "a man".

  • man i really enjoyed watching it and yet im not of samoan but have samoan brother inlaw..wow so powerful, love it.

  • Wow! Falaniko my Samoan 101 tutor back at UoA! Nice, nice, very nice ;)

  • wooww , amazing documentary ! blessings , good luck cousin Imo .. ia manuia outou !

  • One take-away I get from all this is unless I get a tatau I'm not man enough!? tsk tsk. I thought being able to provide for my family was manly enough- alas in my cultures eyes I'm obviously not!

  • @peacebuntou I really hope that's not the only take-away you got :)

  • Hope Everyone Enjoyed A Inside to what my family is like at home! LOL
