just to let you know, it is VERY DANGEROUS to go inside any bat caves in Africa. A dutch tourist has done this and got infected with the Marburg virus, a virus very similar to Ebola. This deadly virus is spread by batts. So watch out. This tourist died this morning in a hospital in the city of leiden in Holland
I would love to go there someday. It seems so exciting and exotic. And also something noone in my family has ever done. And I will most likely not be able to either. Funny how that always seems to work out. Even if you don't want it to.
I would love to visit that place, i received my handlers license last year but all we have to observe here is Pipistrelle and a few other smaller species.
For seeing primates and birds there is no better place in the world than Uganda. The people were also excellent. I highly recommend hiring a full-time car and driver though. We did the trip on about $150 a day, with about $120 of it being the car and driver.
they look soooo cute!

yes, I read of this. Were I to visit uganda again, I would probably still go though, it was outstanding. Maybe I would wear a mask though?
However, given the circumstance I would no longer recommend this tour.
