ACtually it itsn't a bad. It's Neil Cicierega alone. The only time he ever had a band with him is when he performed live at lemonic demonade concerts. And his bandmates are mostly friends who he taught to play simple techno-esque beats like the bass in this song
He also invented a genre of animation when he was 13
The genre is called animutation, and although there isn't mush of it these days, it has had a huge influence on memes to this day (for instance, the floating Colin Mocherie heads.)
As far as a single person can go, he probably molded internet culture more than anyone else, and he continues to do so today.
