Final Fantasy IX - Level 1 game

Honestly, I couldn't even fathom doing this. I just finished the game recently for the first time in years, and I wasn't the highest level or anything but I think I died numerous times on the four chaos guardians. I would also die a lot on the stupid 100 Eye monsters that do the death roulette move and I would never get lucky and have it hit the enemy instead. I give major props to you sir, you are truly a champion of your craft.

It is impossible to get a perfect lv 1 party in the game,you must lv up one character because you can't flee all battles

You use a Gameshark to gain 0 exp,that's it

Beating the game at lv 1 is possible I believe you because I did a perfect game with excalibur 2 at lv1(except Zidane that is n't at lv 1)

there is 3 forced battles u cannot escape n thats near the end of the game in pneumonia

all my chars were lvl1 until that point where 3 chars HAS to lvl

when those 3 were lvled i stopped using them

It's really tough,you need to petrify some ennemies in forced battle with the needle fork

I believe you(I have a perfect lv.1 game with excalibur 2)but you can't keep all your 8 characters at lv.1,that's impossible

I know for the needle fork and it's very easy to steal it from the beast

Yeah, i know kill him but there's many fights that you have to fight like the one with steiner after Cleyra you can't kill the guards without Zidane it's too hard.

ive only done a low level FF12 game i cnt imaging doing ff9 espically right at the start with the beatrix battles.

Question how many times did u have to do boss battles cause most of them have attacks ehich attack everyone and u can easily get one hit.

oh man i fought beatrix at least over 20-30 times cuz if u dont steal one of the items from her then u cant continue on and the worst of the bosses are the forced battles that u gotta beat by pertifying or stopping the monsters

Also, the skills he uses don't depend on the user's stats but on other things. Thievery deals damage based on how many items you've stolen, Dragon Crest does damage based on how much damage the enemy has already taken, and Limit Glove always deals 9999 when Quina's HP is 1.

So [100 dragons]^2 = 10.000 (= 9999)

u cant use virus...only monsters can use virus on you and that doesnt come in until near the end of disc 3...u have to pertify every monster in the beginning of the game

you gotta run in every battle...only fight the bosses to continue on wif the story...wen u get to the festival...theres a way to bring out the zhangol (forgot name) and u have to steal a fork from him...n wif that weapon..it is ur first pertifying item...later on u can do the chocobographs to get the oak staff so that vivi can learn stop and u go on from there...if u do NOT steal that fork...u gotta start all over

Hey qwpoeriuty, I'm doing this lvl 1 challenge. I'm currently at the Iifa tree, and I can't get any of my guys to survive the zombie dragon's breath. Any tips on how to make that part easier? Oh and vivi never lands stop on the forced zombie fight, my luck sucks XD

its ok...every new char u get...their level is based on your avg party level. my level being an avg of 1, which means wen i get eiko, her level is gonna b at level 1. amarants level is affect by blanks level plus the partys avg level...so yeah it was kinda hard but there is a possible way to keep everyone at level 1 wifout cheating

u can kill bosses n do some side quest (such as friendly monsters) and receive ap wif no exp...also u can petrify or stop monsters in a battle n receive ap wif no exp...so yeah just do that tons n tons of times n u can obtain all magics wif no exp

the ozma fight i have done b4 but its so hard to record though because it seems mostly that the ozma fight is very based on luck...this fight is not based on luck...so its like wen i fight ozma...theres a 1/4 chance that he'll do exactly wat i need him to do to win but ill try post it up cuz i stopped playing this game

ive tried ozma bout three times and he just kept on slaughtering me, even at lv99, i suppose it is all down to luck in the end =) i think a full run thorugh of low lv ff7 is in order now, One Winged Angel at lv1 (if its possible on ff7) now that WOULD be good to see lol

oh man...r u sure he finished the game or even played the right one? in this game every boss battles gives u no experience points so therefore no leveling up in any boss fights and that in every battle u can pertify or stop monsters...by doing so ull win ap points but no exp points

if your all lvl 1 then they will also be lvl 1

There is no way that you did this without cheating. You get Freya, Eiko, and Quina at the level you meet them at and you can get Quina on disk one or two and you only get Eiko on disk two. There is no way you learned all the abilities without battling or levelling up without cheating. I'd like to see you beat Ozma at level one seeing as he's the hardest boss to fight at level 99!

like i said earlier...wen u get new characters...their level will b according to the average level of ur entire party...n my entire party was at level 1...so the average level was 1...which means she will b at level 1...the onli exceptions are amarant and eiko, but i manage to get both of them at level one so yea =)

umm after months of confirming how her level works it seems that her level is also affected by the parties level...so they take the average level from ur entire party and gives it to her...so the average being 1 so she starts at level 1

Dude, nice job. I applaude your ability to use "Virus" Status effectivley, as well as using the 4 "other" players(Garnet, Steiner, Vivi, Amarant) to defeat the game up to the point of the last battle. Also, keeping zidane lvl 1 must have been hard. But good job! < PS. Now do it with FF7. My record for that game is that I beat it in under 10 hours. Heh heh heh... Beat that!

everyone in the beginning already has auto-life except quina cuz i gave him/her half mp instead...so thats where all of my ability points were spent...auto-life = 12 points and half mp = 11 points so its easier if half mp is spented on instead of auto-life and the attack blue shockwave onli reduces a characters hp to 1 =) so sad a boss has a bad move like that cuz u no wat happens wen quina has 1 hp =)

i got a form of have al my characters in lvl 1 and i does work =P i keep my main char in lvl 1 and when i go to the hunting contest for kill to sagnar all my chars have the lvl of the main char =) this is a good form for have a lvl 1 char without gameshark or some cheats, i tried this when i tried this does work but i got to zidane in lvl 20 then vivi and freya got the same lvl =) ur vidoe rox man ur a good player bye =)
