I made one out of aluminium tubing, I have a video of it which you will find in my profile. If you want video capture software the quick cam that comes with logitech cameras is very good.

I beleive the beginning also was an attempt at that song... And the middle part too for that matter :P. But probably the first time he played the song, and i think the whistle just isn't good enough to get a really good sound out of it... just wrong materials.

Yes, but I cannot remember the name of the website... I really only took the basic principles from the website because following the full instructions lead to a horrible sounding whistle because the pipe that I used was not thin European electrical conduit. I used CPVC. I will see if I can find the page...
