Why the hell complicating like that? Why the hell trying all this instead of classic shrugs, it's the same thing. And by the way, the last exercise it's so dangerous for your shoulder joint.
you need to mix up your excercisses as much as possible..hit it from a different angle..different movements and so on...if you only do one excercisse for a particular muscle it will only get you so far cause the muscle will get used to the movement and it wont be as effective..you should be thanking the man for showing much needed alternatives for classic excercisses instead of acting like a smartass
@TheChainsOFMisery You don't need to get complicated! The traps are the easiest to work out, they bulk up very fast and it is important not to work your traps very often. I appreciate the so-called "inventiveness" to find more and more exercises for one particular muscle group, but the classic shrugs are the best exercises you can do for your traps. I would have been perfect if he had made a video with various chest exercises, I could really use something like that. :)
@slim240293 I agree that things are often over complicated, but i'm talking about working the traps from top to bottom. Classic shrugs are GREAT for the upper trap, but they don't hit the mid to lower trap (the lower part of the muscle - inclined front raises in the video - is RARELY worked on). Great idea about the chest video, I'll get something done for you in the next couple of weeks.
Awesome Trap training video brah. Really creative variations. I have seen many of the youtube videos proclaiming great trap builders. This video is lagit. I may even try exercise 1 and 2. That dumbbell snatch and clean looks a little suspect though. May wanna go to barbell.
@RayinCsharp thanks buddy! Ya I like barbell snatch a lot more than dumbbell, so give barbell a shot for sure. Let me know how the workout goes - if you have any questions just ask..
I LOVE THIS! Just the variety of exercises I was looking for on the traps , for mondays workout... Thanks :)

@RayinCsharp thanks! Ya I prefer to use a barbell as well, they only had dumbbells in this vegas gym tho, so I had to use what was there.
Let me know how it goes, if you need a hand with anything I'd be glad to help.
