that looks nasty (nasty bad not good) is there forks ? maybe a shotgun and a shovel would be more helpful .it looks like a prop out of a bad horror movie. It even has burn marks on the crust.Really enjoyed your mini movie lol i did.
It's pretty good Chicago is he best town for food in America, at least from all the places I have been able to try portillo's beef and cheddar is legendary noms
"n December 24 at 8:00 in the morning a young 14 year old boy by the name of Scott Johnson was found dead.Doctors couldn't come up with the cause of his death. His mother cecked his emails to see if she could figure out what happened.Turns out he was still signed into myspace. She found he had gone to sleep after he read and didn't repost a chain letter. If you don't repost this to six videos a girl with no face will kill you tonight.Sorry don't want to die
I've been to gino's and I was dissappointed because mostly the pizza is bread/dough. It is tasty though. They pride themselves on pizza but NOT customer service. I went to their grafitti ridden restaurant and was shocked to see a pizza on a serving cart with the order ticket lying on the middle of the pizza soaking up the oil!! blechhh
Perhaps someone can answer this. I am thinking about having some of Gino's East pizza shipped to Seattle, but can someone comment on the sauce? Is it a thin red sauce or a chunky sauce? I personally don't care for chunky type with pieces of tomato, etc. I don't mind the consistency being thick so long as there aren't large pieces of stuff in it. Thanks in advance...
I meant cracker like crust; you have to go to the East Coast, to Italian neighborhoods to eat good pizza. The pizza at this place is the quality of frozen pizza. Lots of food does not mean good.
I had their thin crust pizza last week and can tell you it was the worst I ever ate: crack like crust, salty sauce and cheap cheese. $28.00 for a twelve inch pie and two drafts is a rip off. I did not see one Italian eating there.

@marcher1969 Gluten is a naturally occurring protein. There is nothing wrong with it.

Gino's East is my favourite Deep Dish pizza in Chicago.
It has something special (beer? plenty o' garlic?) in the sauce and crust that is to DIE for!!!
There's nothing else that I want to eat when I visit there.

@piper4seeformerly You don't go to a pizzaria to eat healthy. Sorry your experience wasn't great.

@akytilop I've had shitty "east coast" pizza as well. Not everything in New York is the shit.
