this is so BRILLIANT, such passion, such movement (especially at 0:50 i love the smile and movement, how they're combined--as well as after 1:30 how the body and facial movements move with the music).
Thank you for this, every time I watch this i can't stop smiling. thumbs up times infinite.
You're wrong. Many people respect and appreciate your culture, your customs, and you as a people. You sound like full of hate for other people, because you cannot tell the good and the bad apart.Goyim, including this one from Greece, are your friends.Mazel Tov.
Dont forget, Shmujew, that a lot of goy are financing the state of Israel. You live in Canada, one of the most democratic countries in the world. You have no reason to hate anybody.
I suppose you can forever see yourself as a victim or you can expand your mind and get on with it.
I love the film with Molly Picon, but it is also wonderful to see / hear this magnificent performance with such a splendid arrangement. Do you plan to record this version commercially - I would certainly buy it.
My pleasure - and thank YOU for the joyous video!Oh, please do let me know if you ever get around to recording it! Here's hoping! Incidentally, do you have sheet music for Shpil Di Fidl, or did you have to transcribe it from the film - it's a beautiful song . Do you have a large repertoire of this style / period of Yiddish music, or do you include them as special spots in your act?
You're a great singer! Are you still performing?? You' ve a fan in South America!

Even though it is a tad too fast for my taste, this is still a very beautiful interpretation of Yidl mitn Fidl. Very nice perfomance

My beloved grandfather (olov a shalom) used to sing "Yidl Mitn Fidl" to me when I was a child in England during the war.
This brings back such memories; thank you for posting it.
