  • I kinda wonder whether this was one person/group, or if they came in via viewer submissions. If it's the latter, then folks' decor doesn't vary that widely.

  • 8:20 does any1 get it?

  • LA CANSION ENFERMA ME ABURRIO Q MAL PERO CALIDA LAS COSITAS

  • i would make all these fit together to one super long

  • that clear substance that the balls go through at 5:46 is the weirdest thing. what's happening there?

  • @tomdissonance I think it's two small panes of glass parallel to each other and set at a slight angle to each other. I'm guessing they're extremely close to a marble's width apart and gets wider and wider to the left, so it lets them down through at that angle.

  • @Depwl9992 fair enough! seems like a pretty good theory. what do you make of the slow speed through the glass section followed by the marbles shooting off when they hit the bottom? i can tell what's happening in the vast majority of these processes, but this one is baffling me a bit.

  • @tomdissonance When a marble rolls on the floor it is in contact at the bottom; so one revolution = one marble circumfrence travelled, when they roll between the glass panes they are in contact on each side, so to travel a marbles' circumfrence the marble has to spin much faster, it's a gearing effect. Because they're spinning so quickly they shoot off when the reach the bottom. The slow descent between the glass panes is what's confusing me though.

  • I think that's right. The bottom right glass corners are closer than the top left, keeping a diagonal from about top-right to bottom-left that has marbles' width. The contact between marble and glass is near the axis of marbles' rotation axis, so marbles get hight rotation speed compared to their linear speed. That's why marbles get out of the glass so fast when they touch the ground.

  • @Depwl9992 Psst. That's not what parallel means.

  • I love this hsow!

  • lol

    "pitagora sui....chi?"

  • lol the ending voice was hilarious! XD

  • @duon44

    Pita Gora Suichi! (pythagoras switch)

  • @supermariogalaxy01 I would think that the wooden track which swings around is tilted slightly, but held in place probably by a magnet just strong enough to hold it in place.

When the white marble is bumped off, it might hit a lever which pushes the track away from the magnet holding it (via the side opposite the camera), then gravity and inertia pulls it down and around where it very likely hits some sort of stop to hold it in place on the other side.

    That's my theory.

  • Okay..so more than just the top seven.
