A wonderful gymnast, credit should go to her original coach Vladimir Podobin who took her to this standard - then had to sit back whilst others took credit for her world championship win. He taught her from age 6 onwards that is why she won!!
She's so neat, her ankles and knees are almost always together but I wonder how much more power she would get if she didn't open up her chest in her whips as much.
Yeah they're really good coaches. I went into the course doing double tuck off fast track and left doing double layout on fast track and double pike on hard track.
I know! i went not even being able to double tuck ( yer lame! lol) but i hav learnt to do double tuck and double pike on fast track and 1 1/2 straight bks. I was amazed! hehe

No it was in Ireland. Her husband Craig Filmer is Head Coach over here.
