He was my hero when I was 15 along with a short list of others A.W.B. Phoebe Snow they were all so dam good at making sound that will never come again. Thanks Peter Ian Phoebe for making my teenage years full of dam good sound
he has always been an amazing guitarist. And if it wasnt for the cover of Rolling Stones, a lot of people would get that. I have all of his albums. Not c.ds. albums. and 2 humble pie albums. love em all.
Saw him do this in Nashville, and I was right in front of him, actually a few feet, and he was staring right at me in my eyes when he was playing the whole concert. Kicked t total ass!
thats exactly what i said after looking over the acts booked for the year. Lets just say that i paid around $80 for a season ticket and went maybe 3 times that year (one of them being for the concert) and i consider that money well spent
Because the "music industry" in NOT in to music or musical talent anymore. They look to the hiphop / rap BULLSHIT that is here today to make a buck...I guess like they always have through Detroit. At least Frampton @ 50+ years of age can STILL show these punks how it's done.
This is talent at its most raw. Anyone can rap and rhyme...hell my 2 yr old can rhyme.
Actually, it's not hard to believe at all if you really look at the guy...he's not fat at all...his face looks very young...really the only thing different is a little older looking face and the short grey hair. He basically looks the same...and sober and straight as an arrow...that's why he's still around and healthy and touring about 9 months a year all over the world and rockin as hard as ever before. Good man,Great singer, wonderful instrumentalist and composer fantastic talent and showman.
SO GOOD. With all the circus sideshow crap out there....PF shows that if you got chops, your integrity will shine through. How "honest" is he when he plays???? Amazing
don't we all wish we had a job we loved as much as he does playing the guitar. i only wish he would do a show where he played the entire "FINGERPRINTS" ALBUM live. it is a totally awesome CD and shows his true abilty as a musician! ROCK ON FRAMPTON
That was In----credible! It gave me chill bumps. He was REALLY doing it to it. I mean, did you see Frampton playing that freakin guitar??? I LOVE that guy. I WANNA BE THERE---WHAAAAAAA!
i am cooler than you buthead

Frampton can flat out phrase on the Les Paul. It's obvious that he's connected to the guitar and loving what he does -- can't ask for more.
