The plane has the STOL kit (one can see the strake fences on the wings) which also includes flap/aileron extension and deflection, sometimes a climb prop, as well as 150 or even 160 HP Lycoming 0-320 engine variants. Pluses --plane climbs like a homesick Angel. & (with normal prop) cruises at 125-130 mph. Minuses - limited duration without long range tanks or with long range tanks, always near or over gross weight with full fuel. Also, extra weight in nose requires placarding for "no spins"
I read a book about Aviation, and that's a Cessna Super STOL, a modified cessna 150 able to cut the original 150's takeoff roll in half. It's wings are filled with helium, and flaps upgraded. Pretty cool stuff.
@phantom60504 err, where is this reference you found saying the wings had helium in them? I have never heard of such a thing and I have been around aircraft for literally decades. I seriously doubt there is a mod for the Cessna that involves the addition of helium.
@phantom60504 I'm gonna have to call BS. The 150 has 40 degree flaps. NOTHING ever needs any more than 40deg flaps. And helium? Its not worth the weight in containment. It would take incredible amounts of helium to provide any noticeable lift in an airplane and the containment vessels would negate that advantage anyway.

That's the first time I've ever seen an airplane do a 360 to taxi back to the end of the runway after landing.

Nice ground run for takeoff!! Must have shaved 10 feet from a normal 150!

That is pretty awesome, but still about double the takeoff roll I have seen from some Zenith's.

put a bigger engine, extend wings, make lighter some how

I just want to kiss the hands of this pilot. He is a real bush pilot. My sincere congratulations

There is an STC for C-150s that puts a 150 hp engine under the cowl in place of the 100 hp.

Great pilot & his skills.
Landings like a tail wheel pilot. (he probably is TW endorsed also).

Impressive for a C 150, but not quite a Zenith :)

Nice! Flew my 150 all over Alaska and landed hundreds of times on gravel bars and such. 8.50 X 6 tires, droop tips helped a bit. Never let me down!

Shure it will do it with a C-172 engine in it. A C-150 engine will not climb out like that. We had a C-150 acrobat with a C-172 and turbo charged.
