@12345ft54321 there are small things like /r_multigpu 1 and disabling fog / dust with a mod in ur server that can help a bit but its mainly hardware

I think the SCARH is the greatest gun in the game. i completely take pleasure in search and destroy because of this weapon. i totally cleanup the opposing base and then blow all of them right up while i use this gun! everyone got the newest map pack yet? it's really good i have barely down loaded it off mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) this week myself

commands don't really do anything, its mainly ur cpu and graphics card. 200 fps is good for an average cpu with a 8600 card.

fps means frames per second, number of images drawn on your screen in one second. screen refresh rate is different because thats how many time your screen refreshes the images, not how many are drawn
