  • The bosu ball probably helps develop core strength as long as you actually sit on it for a second instead of just bouncing off of it.

  • I can see where theres benefit in using bands for overspeed eccentric but what is the purpose of the ball to sit on? It seems that the athlete will be hindering his performance by allowing the ball to 'bounce' him back up compared to actually using your hamstring and glutes to fire him up.

  • And the point of squatting onto a bouncy ball is?

  • its kindof funny how he just bounce off the ball maybe thats why they are all skinny
