The Osbourne's even re recorded the basslines on Blizzard and madman so as not to have to pay Bob and Lee royalties - interesting that Ozzy asked Bob back to help him write songs at one stage. Interesting that those two albums are his best work - there are always two sides to a story however there's no denying that Ozzy peaked on those two albums and that Zac Wylde is a pale imitation of Randy
Bob was asked (read: paid) to come back for both BARK, as well as ULTIMATE SIN to yet again put words in Ozzy mouth and make him sound deep & interesting.
I guess Bob wasn't as "replacable" and $haron wasn't the lyricist she thought she was LOL!!!
Of course if you have one of the ealry SIN Lp's, You''ll see that Bob's name is not even listed anywhere,... $haron strikes again!,.. yet the back side of the entire record sleeve is nothing but Bob's lyrics (exceot for 'Shot in the Dark').
i am profoundly thankful for bob daisley and his collaboration with randy rhoads. bob had the professionalism to realize how special randy was and compliment him around the edges just perfectly. in looking at those two landmark albums, blizzard and diary, bob's contribution is right there with randy and he has been straight up screwed over by ozzy for his efforts. a shame all around. bob deserves a much revered place in rock history.

Haaa, I love that you spelled it "$haron". The woman is evil.

I too am at a loss for WHY they screwed and tried to screw Bob and Lee too. WHY? Greed.

I haven't listed to this vid yet, but there might not be the Randy Rhoads that we remember without Bob.

Sometimes a band is just perfect. Everything lines up. The ideas are all there, the creativity, it's all in the right place.
This was the lineup on the only 2 Ozzy albums I like besides his Sabbath stuff.
