You need to do some history on how Notch got his idea for Minecraft, although a true almost identical rip off of Mine craft is another indie game called Total Miner.
Notch was inspired by the same few games FortressCraft and Total Miner were inspired by. The games are Dwarf Fortress, RubyDung, Dungeon Keeper, and Infiniminer.
Notch's (MineCraft creator) own words "But then I found Infiniminer. My god, I realized that that was the game I wanted to do."
Minecraft is around 25 dollars... Fortresscraft is broken into chapters, each one bringing more items and Feats. The first one is 3 dollars in microsoft points. Im guessing this just a rip off of minecraft to gain .money before it goes to xbl. The dev of FC could raise the price for each chapter, forcing you to pay for updates.
