Actually... I do support Americans learning other languages, starting in elementary school. I myself took French courses (in school, so yes I went there. 14 years of it), and I've learned a fair bit of Spanish at work. Doing what you ask? Outside in the Phoenix summer heat cleaning out 55 gallon drums and busting apart palletts.
