Actually, in defense of Make Believe, that was a great album. Red, not as good, but it has a few good songs on there. :)

Agreed, both Make Believe and Red were missing something vital actually. Make Believe was missing the mood and Red was missing the creativity. What I mean by "missing the mood" was for a lot of the songs in Make Believe he wasn't even trying to sound like himself. I guess we can expect more of it not sounding like Rivers now that hes not writing all the songs. I dunno, feels like he's given up on his own songwriting ability.

I love this version, it's so underproduced and his voice takes you back to thier kitchen demos. This song reminds me more of those demos than the actual Paperface in the deluxe blue album

this song is wicked, why wasn't it on the blue album? it sounds like nirvana, its amazing!!! WEEZER STOP MAKING 10 TRACK 30 MINUTE CD's!! just make a big old album, thats like an hour long! it could be called Weezer (2009/The White Album) with like 30 tracks. just do it. that way old fans and new fans alike will find something to enjoy.

Yeah you're right...he writes like 100 songs or so for each album and only 10 come out...the other are all unreleased or trashed....To give you an example of what he throws out, listen to Teenage Victory Song or even Mad Kow
