Got my copy today, it's an arcade perfect version of Savage Reign and Kizuna Encounter. The graphics can be enhanced a little bit and the sound comes in the original and an arranged version. Gameplay is rather basic, but that's the reason it's so much fun!

Savage Reign is a great game. I think it's one of the most underrated fighting games on the Neo Geo. It's good to see a high quality video of the intro and demo on Youtube.
