The answer is yes it is just the cones slows you down for a split second. EXAMPLE: Faster then you can blink.

The answer is yes it just looks like it does nothing because the champion does boosts when he/she hits the cones.

Nan, je dois attendre demain car mandermka (le japonais qui prend en photo chaque jour les tops japonais) a pris les photos en milieu de journée donc il manque notamment le nouveau WR sur rDS =)

There is no different music on Daisy Circuit, it's just that in the tunnel an echo is added, but only for the sound effects, not the music. I don't really know, I'll listen more attentively next time I record a ghost on this circuit =)
