Would you mind letting me know the cost of this diet...for the shots and what not. Also is Phen Phen...Phentermine?...you have to be obese to get it right?

I wish I had someone to do that for me. What was the total amount of weight you loss. And what clinic did you go to? Im back and forth between NYC and Maryland. Im looking for a clinic in those areas and dont know where to start.
Your video is a good and informative one. I and others will want to follow your progress but I don't think that ` the music adds anything but annoyance. It is of course your choice but for the life of me I don't understand the decision to include the distraction of all that noise. I'm not alone in this. I assume you are documenting this to help and share with others and more will enjoy just hearing what you have to say. Good luck with your diet hope you reach your goal with ease.
I went to a clinic on a referral from a co-worker. Plus I didn't want to wait weeks (if not forever) to get my HCG. There a lot of scams out there. I wanted to get my HCG from a reputable company.
How are you doing? You must be on the vlcd by now, right? FYI, you should need any phen-phen or any appetite suppressents, assuming they are giving you enough hcg. Make sure you read the entire Simeon's protocol bible (Pounds and Inches - free many places online.) Also, do some research and get some support using hcg groups online like HappilyThinnerAfter and there is an hcg group at lowcarbfriends also. One other tip, watch mamaclok's videos.
