For example, variety shows seem to have a liking to the Rock/Paper/Scissors game. I assume it is just being tailored to the people, or it might just be a lower form of entertainment that I'm used to.

@pautpy - I actually lived in Korea for a while. I must say that people from Busan seem to be very different from people in Seoul. Generally speaking, I think sometimes that people from Seoul give the rest of the nation a bad reputation with foreigners. Sometimes, I think there is just too much nationalism there, especially for a country that has become what it is today due to the aid of other countries.

If they really wanna serve their country, they'll do more than two years. If it wasn't mandatory, I guarantee they won't do it.
