It's hard to see well in this video, but I guarantee you they were all 100% Korean. North Korea is so isolated, there are probably only a handful of mixed-race kids in the whole country, and they wouldn't be showing them in their shows either. Interracial marriage is still fairly uncommon even in South Korea, and frowned upon by older people. Korea overall is still one of the most ethnically homogeneous places in the world.

It's still being done but they made the science a little bit better artificial insemination. north Korea would be a perfect place to do it because it is closed. Imagine doing that do a few million women you would remake the entire country in 20 years.
@BaLayEunMi ethnicity is not race. Thailand, for instance is very homogenous ethnically (exceptions in the north and south), but certainly not racially (e.g. phenotypically)
