  • is it just me but were you shocked when Oprah was kind of intro-ing and said how popular HP is the amusement park and all that... I knew all that stuff but when you put it together like that...WOW

  • @88sparkygirl I have told you the truth. You have lived, not knowing with the lies told of the stories true origins, so long since the first title was released that you naturally don't believe what I tell you. Nobody would assist me resolve the matters I presented to police or anyone I knew. You only have to start to think "How did an unknown woman, who had published nothing until the Philosopher's Stone, suddenly come to form seven books that sold millions and films that broke sales records?"

  • Jo Rowling must have been well informed of what she would say during this video. Thing's she says were said by me to Alan Page some years ago, when he was asking me many questions about my story-board drawings of the Harry Potter series of stories I had well developed. You must become aware of the truth to the story Rowling published. It is not what she tells in this video. I am the original creator of the Harry Potter stories and other stories. What I tell you is true. artifacts.yolasite.com.

  • @earnamint Uh I think you should have spoken out about this book 1... of course you wouldn't though because it's bullshit

  • love both of these woman, but I hope she does write another book about lily and james

in school or a book about snape's life :)))

  • ] [Greg Simcock had created many drawings of potential paraphernalia items as part of his planned marketing system as the creator spent many days and nights designing things for his stories many components, but he is not given a word of credit. It has all been credited to a plagiarist!] Her empire spans movies, merchandise, even an amusement park. The Harry Potter blockbusters are the highest grossing movie franchise in Hollywood history, raking in over $5.3 billion dollars and still counting.

  • No wonder she's credited with doing more for literacy than anyone else on the planet. [Book sales were the result of a well designed story that was created as a series of very presentable, thought-out, and drawn story-board drawings with written details as names of characters, creatures and features in them, so anyone who subsequently got hold of the original authors material on the stories of Harry Potter would have had a delightful time and experience writing-up the story as a book!

  • Harry's final chapter, Deathly Hallows, is the fastest selling book of all time [but let one not overlook film company revenue from the ticket sales being several times greater, indicating the story was well suited to film production + picture-book] and that Jo Rowling has said she was "WARY" of having the story of Harry Potter produced. [as the original author may recognize the story-line, content and theme (as well as the film title and author name) if it got produced. He did notice the film!]

  • JK Rowling is the first self made billionaire [plagiarist] author in history, [from deceitfully writing-up another authors story she did-Not create], selling more than four-hundred-million books [using a marketing plan originally conceived by the original creator of the story]. Captivating readers in 69 languages and 200 countries around the world [which indicates, to an educated person, that the originators intention was to design a well received children story for mass, world, marketing].

  • The JK Rowling Legend begins with [a story that was originally-created by the unknown author; "Gregory Ronald Simcock", as; "J.K Rawling", in a already story-boarded format that consisted of work + drawings You didn't get to see!] a delightful children's book about a orphan boy wizard with a lightening shaped scar [that is the author's sign Greg Simcock made on his drawing of his character-face he drew of himself]. A boy with a magical destiny. A destiny [Greg Simcock planned]. JK Rowling took!

  • Wake-up people. The Harry Potter stories were stolen from an Australian author - Me! My name is Gregory Ronald Simcock. My writers name is J. K. Rawling! Joe King Rawling. I designed the Lion King and the pseudonym to go with the story. Joanne Rowling lies her head off in her video's. She talks about the stories being planned to be seven books. Seven books after not being known for anything and not publishing anything. I lost several thousand drawings of many stories. Read artifacts.yolasite.com

  • @earnamint Oh shut the fuck up you stupid troller. Go comment your shit on some twilight video for god's sake.

  • @DragonSlayerGuild For 'God's' sake! After you wash your mouth you might feel your mouth refreshed, but your mind will be full of excrement you have taken-in, through the eyes and ears, supplied by media reproducers for too many years now, so you only vomit what you ate and direct your waste towards me. You are but - a fool! I created the 'Dementors' to present to the children something nasty in an individuals world lurks. It can bring emotional turmoil if let be. So; caveat emptor.

  • @earnamint Why don't you take the excrement leaking out of your mouth and let it gush out somewhere where the stench of your idiocy can't reach the noses of people. You are just a creature of low-intelligence who does not deserve the attention or time of the people here. People come to hear about J.K Rowling and her success not to listen to you and your schizophrenic imaginations. Please, don't dump your garbage here, do it on some twilight video.

  • @DragonSlayerGuild You seem certain of your own opinion being what you know is correct but it is undeniably out of your own misinformed mind you speak of what you think and that is nobody else's business but your own foul thoughts which permeate the web as you type nonsensical rubbish that isn't well informed of facts to be right and cannot be when what you know is wrong and untrue as your too stubborn to be knowingly smarter than you are. The Harry Potter story was of my creation. That's fact.

  • @earnamint The fact is that you're an insane lunatic trying to deface J.K Rowling by writing that rubbish and trying to fool everyone. Do you seriously think anyone is going to believe that bunch lies. You think we are going to believe some anonymous individual that speaks about their huge loss on youtube? Youtubers aren't a bunch of retarded monkeys, we all know you're a liar. Give it up.

  • @DragonSlayerGuild You think what you like. I only write what is true of or about my creations, my inventions, designs and drawings. The crud in your head affects only you. I am only the inventor of the original stories, work and art, trying to tell things you don't know. Stories are based on information. If I don't publish the truth then my knowledge is not being used to its advantage by those who want to know the real origin of Harry Potter. The story is of my creation.

  • @DragonSlayerGuild Just because you don't like the Twilight books, does not mean they deserve someone like earnamint commenting there. earnamint shouldn't be making comments like that anywhere.

  • @Origamisarah Let me tell you something: I am the genuine creator of the body of the stories that include the characters, creatures, the main features, and their names. I formed 'Every' title name in the series of Harry Potter! You enjoyed the stories I set out for the series of films! I drew Hogwarts theme park... but an unknown, sad, woman did-not "Design" any of that. I planned many funny things in the stories? It was many years of my dedicated effort of thought, design and artwork - stolen!

  • @DragonSlayerGuild You mean, don't comment anywhere at all.

  • If only J. K. Rowling would write another book! Maybe about James (Harry's father) maybe about his story with Lily at Hogwarts, or maybe about the children of Harry, Hermione, Malfoy and Ron!

  • I'd love to be Oprah at that moment.

Am I the only one who found it was a bit awkward when Oprah was reading from Deathly Hallows?

JK Rowling, lemme say one thing: you are my hero. :)

  • She is a fantastic writer. I have a ridiculous amount if respect for her skills.

  • Man, I hope no one has not read the book, lol spoilers

  • HOPE.

  • BUH-illionaire!

  • Wonder what the net worth is in that room :)

  • Did anyone else read the words aloud from memorization with Oprah, or was that just me?

  • "we call queus lines" NEVER, insult, J K Rowling, in front of me! *brandishes pink umbrella*

  • "...all was well" cries hysterically D':

  • the last harry potter book is a huge flop.

  • gave me goosebumps :L

  • when oprah read the last lines of the last book Jo was at the verge of tears I think It means a lot to her she loves her characters

  • @HaleLightning She held back tears of guilt, not remorse. The Harry Potter story was of my original creation! My inventions artwork, several thousand drawings that formed hundreds of stories and product concepts, of my design origin, got stolen. Jo Rowling is not known as a plagiarist but that is because of the lies you have become to believe! Her puppy-dog tears that appeared while conversing with Oprah may be attributed to guilt that eats at her mind. I tell you facts; artifacts.yolasite.com

  • @earnamint shut up you don't have any proves

  • @HaleLightning The Dragon Challenge. That's the Roller-coaster ride at Hogwarts Castle theme park, Florida. The Dragon train was designed to be made out of bamboo. My fishing reel, I designed and drew, was named The Dragon Reel. It has a drag mechanism on it, so I named that particular model to reflect its special feature. Another reel version had a ratchet feature, so I named it The Simcock Reel. Well, you wouldn't think I'd name it a Ratchet (Ratshit) Reel, would you! Now, do you like whaling?

  • @HaleLightning I live by the sea in Western Australia and an Island not far from the coast is connected by a sunken reef, so big ships cannot pass between the Island and the mainland. As a boy I liked to look out at the far away gap that I could see silhouetted as dark shadowy areas. I would visualize seeing tall ships sailing into Careening bay and sailing past and wondering if hump-back whales passed by, but nothing of my dreams was ever seen to enter the bay. The reach between the Island

  • @HaleLightning and the mainland was not much more than a kilometer but the Navy built a rock causeway to bridge the gap and took up residence on the Island. Having only a few hundred meters of Pillared bridging to allow water to flush the bay the lack of tidal flow caused the fish species and sea grasses to change and the coral underwater reefs now appear gloomy and lifeless. The bay is not crystal clear, as it once was, all because of the Navy's presence. The US Navy moved in by the hundreds.

  • @HaleLightning What was once a wonderful holiday destination has been ruined by the influx of unwanted military might. In 1987 I left the Army and began drawing things for my inventions and stories but one story I designed a story-board for was about the takeover of the local Island I loved to visit during the summertime breaks. The story was put together using design artwork and creatures I drew that were rather unusual. There were humans with bridged noses and strange flying crafts. I named it

  • @HaleLightning AVATAR! That was a very special story for a very special purpose. It was to present a system of projection I had taken many years to design conceptually and its purpose was to present to the worlds people my system of 3D projection through the use of specially designed stereo lenses, processing circuitry and to be screened on flat paneled laser, Plasma, LED and large screens and DLP digital projectors. All of those things were inventions of my origin. Theft of my inventions...

  • @HaleLightning went by largely unnoticed but I was in pain from a medical attempt to find something I think a surgeon thought was valuable that wasn't gold. There was never any gold up my bum but I have lived with the pain from the surgeons exploratory work that I know not what it was done for. My artwork was left in folders while I convalesced as stitches made my bum itch. Years of pain followed and I could not continue my projects as I had done for some years after leaving the Army.

  • @HaleLightning I was unaware my stories were being developed elsewhere in the hands of other authors and companies such as Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Intel, Sandisk, Sony, NILON, Canon, Fujitsu, and many others. I deigned the digital card you know as the SIM card. My name is Simcock! It was a small card for use in cellphones. A larger version was given the name SanDisk which was abbreviated to SD card. The name was coined from the fact that Western Australia is mostly dessert sandy lands.

  • @HaleLightning I was asked many questions about my technical designs by a visiting friend I have mentioned many times but for the record, Alan Page. He asked question after question and his reason was to get information from me that I would not normally reveal to anyone. I don't know why I didn't remember his asking me questions about my design drawings after his visits but he did and my seeing the products, toys, and films, help me to remember having intellectually created and designed them.

  • I'll give you proves when I'm good and ready. My surname is on the image named BLISS that is the default desktop image of MS Windows XP-XP-Pro. I wrote my initials GS and erased letter G. Letter S appears to snake down the grassy hill of Windows XP. I designed the concept to be secure and to allow individual icons to be changed in image to one's desire and to have a structured file system. I was asked who I would take my concept program to. I mentioned Microsoft! Where are they he asked! Really!

  • @earnamint GOD, I Have no idea what the hell you're typing about about but why don't you write a f-cking book and spare us all of your "i have no life" persona. Maybe you'll be a next best selling author. Either way you won't bother any of us on the net.

  • Twilight was translated into only 38 languages. Harry Potter was translated into 69. HARRY POTTER LIVES ON FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!

  • I live in scotland , didn't know this happened :(

  • I nearly cried after Oprah read the last lines of the book..

Doesn't have to be another HP book, but whatever JK writes, I will read.

  • perfect answer ...never say never

  • I'm wondering if her publisher got sued later on for being anti-feminist...

  • these are the two of the richest women in history...

  • Thank you, Jo, but that's not even enough to say what harry potter did for me.

  • Harry Potter will never end!!! Harry Potter Fore Ever!!!

  • @faisalx12 nice job genius you spelled "For" wrong

  • It's sad that I will no longer be able to wait in the cold for these books; and to go to the midnight showing of the movies. I feel like I'm grown up with these books. LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER. Any Roleplayers on here?

  • @MuzikMan740 I'm a roleplayer <.< HARRY POTTER FOREVER <3

  • HARRY POTTER WILL LIVE FOREVER!!! EVERY POTTER FAN SHOULD SHOW THESE BOOKS TO THEIR CHOLDREN, THAT WAY OTHER GENERATIONS WILL ENJOY THEM!! THANK YOU JK, FOR EVERYTHING!

  • j k rOWLING is more powerful than lady gaga and oprah winfrey!

  • @shirusubemonaku JK rowling is the second richest next to Oprah, but I agree~

  • @ichigoxmarura15 i think they might mean because forbes listed lady gaga as the number one most powerful celebrity, and oprah as #2 this year, but i doubt they considered JK rowling because she's more of a writer than a celebrity don't you think?

  • @josephruggeri Of course~ I could never really see JK as a celebrity..

  • I mourned too. I mourned too.

  • Dang Operah got fat.

  • I LOVE HARRY POTTER!!! Comparing Harry Potter to Twilight is like comparing a juicy hamburger to a ritz cracker with cheese.

  • @glamboypasspass LOL so true!

  • 69 languages.

  • she interviews

the twilight cast but she doesn't

    interview the harry potter cast.

    :(

    god damn you twilight

I hate you I will always love harry potter.

  • Oprah died?

  • @harryharry353

    no she didn't

die but her show is gone

    that's what syrennialestrange meant.

  • im not a book person, but god damn, the harry potter books are some of the best books I know, im still reading them, well listening nowadays. I would love some books about the first wizard war, i mean, sure there's some mystery there and its fine, but Im also curious about some events there, and get to know other sides to the characters.

  • Harry potter's not over... just complete.

  • theres something not right about these books..... my daughter started having nightmares after reading the chambers of secrets, i since had to get rid of all the books.....

  • @zoltron30 Nothing's wrong with the books. They say it's for kids but really, it's a much more mature series. If your daughter isn't old or mature enough to handle them then she shouldn't be reading them at this point.

Though honestly, your daughter seems like she's way too sensitive to be reading the series if she's getting nightmares from it. Because I was little when I saw the Chamber of Secrets in theaters and it didn't traumatize me.

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE JK ROWLING MAKE HARRY POTTER 8!

  • I had a thought that she would write about the First Wizarding War, about the original Order of the Phoenix, before Harry was born. That would be cool!

  • Harry Potter books are like Bibles, everybody has them in their home.

  • @MarianodeCR I've had all 7 Harry Potter books in my house since they were released. I've never owned any holy book.

  • I like Oprah's like, "You've gotta meet her" as if we could just go to her house and introduce ourselves xD

  • The two richest women in the world in one room...

  • when oprah read the ending and jo got teary eyed, so did i :(

  • I'm 25 yo old and just decided to read the Harry Potter books today (just finished the Philosopher's Stone today actually), and the story's actually quite good! A part of me hopes that she doesn't write anymore books. It's nice to go out with a bang rather than just drag the whole thing on and on and it starting to suck... Anyway, looking forward to reading the other books!

  • How much MONEY is in that room. Jesus...

  • I have not read the final two Harry Potter books or seen the last two films. My origin to the stories of Harry Potter was of my creative efforts in design and construction of the stories, using many drawings and written notes that detailed their purpose and that included the many main characters, creatures, their names, the title names of all stories Joanne Rowling has written-up and published! The work I originally created got stolen from my home. Somehow it became many productions!

  • I think she's likely already writing more about HP, but only for herself. I mean after living with those characters for 17 years, and using it as an escape, you'd continue after a bit, wouldn't you? However, I do think whatever she's writing about won't be published for some time. If she let on to fans she'd never hear the end of it, but releasing the pressure of a deadline, etc. would be helpful, not to mention create a fantastic book.

  • "I could easily write an 8th,9th,10th, im not saying i wont" i expect another book and soon after another movie in the next few years

  • "j.k rowling - you gotta meet her" yeah, why didn't think of that before, oh, yeah, cos it will never happen :(

  • saddly... yah.

  • we call them lines :L okay oprah thats important :L

  • hey the makers of halo said halo 3 was the last and 456 was anounced

  • this made me cry :') :')

  • I had my prom at that hotel :)

  • The Harry Potter stories were not originally created by Jo Rowling! My name is Gregory Ronald Simcock and my writers name is J.K. Rawling. I designed: "The Lion King" and "Finding NEMO" and I needed a writers name. I formed the pseudonym; "J.K. Rawling". My work got stolen and somehow Jo Rowling came in possession of a story that had taken me ~17 years to build! That's how she was able to write-up and release my stories in quick succession and why I could not publish them! mylord.amplify.com

  • @earnamint did you love the final movie or books

  • @markscool33 I haven't read much of the books but the ending words "All is well" were as I had created my stories end phrase! The Harry Potter story begun as an idea to form the best children story while envisaging it as a film - as I was a cinema projectionist and I saw my stories as a series of images which I then drew. The books didn't show much artwork that was created for the stories but the films followed what my story-boarded stories had shown. The stories were too long-winded, So, No!

  • Please Jo, please please please please pleas please please please please write another book. The last two weeks I've been crying every night because I'm so sad it's all over now :( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

  • @BlueJayTutorials M e too :( you can't imagine how much i've cryed and i'm still crying each timle i look at the posters of HP in my bedroom and remeber all the memories of my experience with HP!

But when i think about it now ,maybe J.K . don't want to write more books because there nothing exiting that could happen after voldemort's death

  • Is it just me, or did anyone else realized that at the end of the last book/movie, there is kinda an opening at the end of the book. Maybe is JK Rowling so wishes she could like make another book Harry Potter book, but based on the new generation of wizards at Hogwarts or something.

  • OMG this obnoxious attention to how many money someone does it's really annoying, this woman is really annoying i don't understand what americans find in her,she just keep to repeat "how many billions.. the merchandising.." and put some people screaming like idiots, like this is all that matters! DISGUSTING WOMAN AND SHOW(i imagine...)

  • @gX23x One may be annoyed at the talk of money Rowling has got from publishing the stories she has been credited for their creation but she uses talk-time to answer questions put to her and her answers hide the truth to the origins of the stories she is known for as the author, so, while talking about money, wealth and how she has arisen out of a low-life existence, that wealth hasn't changed her nature, but for one exception: I first created the stories she published, so she's a plagiarist!

  • NOOOO!!! I DIDN'T FINISH THE DEATHLY HALLOWS AND HARPO READ THE END!! MY READING EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN DESTROYED! I CANNOT UNHEAR WHAT I HAVE HEARD!! (......jk of course)

  • :) This is so cool, I feel spiritually connected to JK Rowling :) My middle name is "Kathleen", and I was named after MY paternal granmother :D

  • @mmmchingawa I am a Leo. I created the Harry Potter story and one of a lion cub named Simba. Letter "S" is my last initial and I rather like the name Sara, but calling my story of a lion cub The Lion Sing didn't sound royal enough, so I used the last letter of my surname "K" to make the title; The Lion King. The story got stolen! I used the letters "Sim" to form the lion cubs name, Simba. I too like Kathleen, but I'm a man, so I formed J.K Rawling! K, as in King, added strength to my pseudonym!

  • "they took me in the back entrance" that's what she said.

  • Harry Potter will never be gone! Not as long as those who remain are loyal to him!

  • the Harry Potter movies will always remain in our hearts do not forget. the Harry Potter books and films have always been mean to me and many others.

  • the Harry Potter movies will always remain in our hearts do not forget. the Harry Potter books and films have always been for me beteknt and many others.

  • i personally would love to see a movie which shows tom riddle's story

and spin off films showing a much more detailed background on some of the major characters from the films

e.g snape as a child falling in love with lily

    just an idea

    does anybody agree?

  • i know this might sound kinda dumb, but what if as harry sends his boy off to hogwarts 19 years later and"all was well" that it turns out draco was voldemorts son, or voldemort chose draco or something and draco raised his son to be evil and draco tranferred all his magic to his son ... then the 8th book could be focused on albus potters struggles through hogwarts with dracos son being a newly villain, and halfway through the year harry felt his scar and noticed something was wrong ... uh oh hah

  • @DbagfoREVer that sounds stupid did you read the books

  • @girloftheyearstudio yesss of course im not an idiot, im saying like everyone thought he was a malfoy but truely he was like voldemorts son and thats why narcissa and lucius were so protective over him, not because he was their son but because they were such loyal deatheaters they wanted to do everything they could to keep voldemorts son alive... by the way fuck you it doesnt sound stupid

  • @DbagfoREVer But voldemort would never had a son ever ! And Draco isn't evil you can see that in the 6 book he couldn't kill Dumbledor

  • @DbagfoREVer fag

  • @DbagfoREVer It's a cool idea but don't you think harry potter should end just as harry potter?

Orelse it may destroy something :/ Just my thought

  • @Colouryoung97 thats true! haha its an amazing series, im just sayin id LOVE to see more, it would be terrible though if newer ones ruined the series, i guess it wouldnt ruin the series but still, that was just an idea lol

  • "I'm not going to say I won't". This line is keeping me from completely hibernating in my room distraught in the fetal postition hugging my Harry Potter books. All I have to do is reresd them and wait for Pottermore........It would mean the world to me if she would write more. As to what she would write about, my hopes are for a prequel focused around Snape (my favorite character), or the shenanigans of the Weasley and Potter children.

  • "We call queues lines.. the lines..."

    Was that really necessary?

  • plz write more!

  • Apparently her daughter is one of her biggest fans and is pressuring her to write another book! Although, I can hardly imagine how, now that Potter is an adult at the end of the series. Maybe she is going to write a new one.

  • @mgulukota What if Voldemort got ahold of a time turner and will try to kill harry...

  • @mgulukota

A prequel is always an option and something that I would love to see, although she insists she won't write a prequel or so I've heard.

  • oprah is so full of herself.

  • this woman is an inspiration. i love her for giving us all the best books ever. she rocks.

  • Now Oprah is gone and Potter is almost over....I DEFINITELY need a drink :(

  • @SyrenniaLestrange Harry Potter will never be over..

  • @jcspeb010 but there is some little part is ending.. (ended actually)

  • @jcspeb010 POTTERMORE

  • WHEN WILL OPRAH INTERVIEW THE CAST?!!

  • @sfsf96 never apparently

  • @sfsf96 : She had the trio on before COS was released...but then, she got caught up in all this Twilight shit :(

  • We call lines queues as well...

  • cool necklace, jk

  • I'm a girl! And I LOVE Harry Potter! :D
