Lol, it would of been sweet. It contains glycoprotein and miraculin, when eaten the molecule binds to the tongues taste buds. The miraculin distorts the tastes bud, making sour things taste sweet. One other theory was that the distortion from the miraculin made the sweetness receptors responsive to acids, therefore making them sweet, this however is not true, due to lemon being an alkaline, not an acid
