The book was written by Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (RA); late fourth Caliph of the Promised Messiah (AS). The whole book is a masterpiece, so if you get time I would suggest you to read the whole book, otherwise if you are interested in this subject alone then Part V is the way to go
