I don't think it is, it wasn't in the villains or superheroes section of the website. Also it doesn't have any dc comics trademarks on it.

You have to buy them from the official new era website in the uk.

In the US they usually have them at finish line villian and super hero hats and limited edition ones. The last time i went was when iron man and the hulk ones were out.

At the uk webiste it doesn't say that the hulk and iron man ones are exclusive, but it does say the other superheroes like batman and spiderman are.
