  • @frezneditch Thank you! :)

  • @kellypinklily Maybe you could put the handle from the hobo bag on this one.

  • takes note the next time I do eyelet for drawstring designs either knitted or crocheted will start first with what looks like a crab stitch before proceeding with the actual crochet eyelet, seems to make a nice stitch guide too .. really adds a polished look ... ty ty tj

  • Is 4-ply different between the UK and the US, because my 4-ply is really really thin here in the UK, yours looks lovely and thick.

  • @RialaRunes I am not familiar with what 4 ply yarn is in the UK. Everything else is different so it would not surprise me if it were extremely different.

  • @tjw1963 apparently, your 4-ply is the same as our Double Knit.

Strange how they would change wool/yarn from country to country.

  • @RialaRunes We have a few different yarn companies here in the US. 4-ply is different to extremes with each different company. Understanding gauge will help you modify patterns to use a variety of yarn.

  • this is so hard

  • Thank u so much is it possible for u to do a vest please thank u

  • This video is so well done! Makes me want to start crocheting again ~ Thanks so much!

  • Thank you.

  • i forgot to tell that i have also some crochet hooks from size 0 wich is the bigest to size 12 the smalest hook ( i use them to do things like when u did the elegant motif) and these are not known by the mm. i don't know if u have the same kind of hook in usa or not.

i love your work and i wanna do it but like i've said before i have a problem choosing the right hooks. so can you tell me the equivalent of your crochet hooks from what i've told you before about mine.

    thanks alot for your help.

  • I do have a metric conversion chart on my crochet blog if that is something you are interested in.

  • hi teresa, here in egypt we don't have those I or J crochet hook, most of the crochet hooks are known with mm like 3 or 3.5 mm crochet hook.

so i am having a problem choosing the right hook and i wish u can help me.

    thanks

  • You would use a 5.5mm size hook. I hope that will help.

  • thanks a lot for your help teresa i appreciate it. i wanna ask you another question: my weight is about 205 lb and i am looking for that you have some designs suitable to me like a jacket, a dress or alike so i can make it. thanks

  • I would suggest doing a Google search to see what is out there for apparel. I know there are a lot of free crochet patterns.

  • I make these also, I instead of adding it after, do a tripple crochet as the second to last row. Then the last row I do what ever I have done on the hat, I weave grossgrain ribbon through every 2 or three stitches... We call them "hag's"

  • Thank you. :)

  • i feel like the song "lets get it on" should of started at 2:16

  • Sorry but I have missed the connection between this video and that song.

  • its a totally normal video and all of a sudden it starts playing in slow-mo. and perfect slow-mo at that. i just think it would be funny. if you saw it with that noise youd probably laugh.

  • Ohhhhhhhhhhh, I get it now. That would be funny.

  • This is too cool! I've been making beanies since I watched your video crocheting in the round. This is a new spin on the beanie hat and I love it! ^__^

BTW, what kind of yarn are you using? Is it a heavy worsted yarn or a cotton yarn?

  • I am using 4-ply worsted weight.

  • Do you know what that is in the U.K.? Is it double knitting weight? I can't find a good conversion chart they all say something different. Do you have different grades of worsted weight?

  • Cool! Now I know what to do with all of my beanies I made last year!

  • COOOOOOOLTHX

  • Come take a look at my channel! =+)

  • Do you have a lot of people buying your work? I have tried to sell some of mine and have been lucky to sell maybe 15 hats over the past year.

  • no, not yet, I just started basically. I do have high interest from Boutiques for fall though.

  • wonderful video. It was a very beautiful bag. Please upload a video on how to knit.

  • That is a great idia Teresa thanks so much always nice to have a small hand bag for the summer
