note the way he leans over to see something that he could easily see without leaning over if the windows were not blocked by the free gig. and he makes such a point of leaning that i think this guy is definately protesting.

the guy in the white shirt (0.56) might also being making a little protest of his own. he is pointedly trying to look in one of the shops windows most of which are being blocked by this free gig.

that might seem a bit odd but we are talking behav psych here.
