Im a guy who doesnt get attached to games on a emotional level, but this game, no the whole series was one of the most emotion filling to me. I knew Dom wouldnt make it, because of the first trailer shown for the game and I tried to come to terms with what was going to happen when I bought it. But him dying still put tears in my eyes, me and my brother always played the campaigns together with me as Dom, and him as Marcus (jus like MrMonkeymanablerts) so I died a little on the inside that day.

@joker1524 To be honest, I think Johnson's death wasn't nearly as sad as it could have been. He was an amzing character dating back to the first game and was at Chief's side though it all.

My favourite game is Halo 3 and has been since 2007 on it's release, Gears 3 and Crysis 2 are close seconds but Dom's death was simply so much more emotional and is my favourite moment in video game history because of it's epicness! ^_^

I was surprised that only Dom and presscot died. This being the final battle and the last of the cog and there did seem to be alot of soldiers around but not much final struggle. I got really bored on the last Chapter of fighting all the Theron guards. I love the gears universe but it's not what i expected from an end though a good end none the less.
