When it says match beginning in 4 seconds or below, you press "A" and "B" really fast and close together then you can get into bootcamp when you have no rank or lvl next to your name.

Yea, lol, that's what my other friends say. I try to get as many kills as possible in every match in Boot Camp since I have a great advantage.This is to all my friends on Call of Duty: I'm sorry all my friends for hogging or taking all the kills when we are in Boot Camp together and regular TDM.
