It seems as if Blair was wearing two different tops in one scene. I am wondering whether it was a goof as a result of two different filmings. Maybe the blue one was like s smock used to keep the one underneath clean while she worked on Joe. Perhaps she took it off while the camera was on Joe.
She didn't even sound like a brunette Blair. She was just being rude. There's a difference between being yourself, and just being inappropriate in public.
