When it comes to musicians of this caliber it's not a question of abilty but style. Personally, I like Tony Iommi better than any of Ozzy's guitarists. I also like Randy & Jake a great deal, but Zak to a lesser degree; not that it matters to anyone else or even to me. Like what you like & I'll do the same.
Esta es la mejor banda que zzy logró formar. Tommy Aldrige, Bob Daisley, Don Airey y Jake E. Lee. Para su época fue una imprsionante fusión de calidad interpretativa y un sonido innovador!!!
Jake is a great guitarist and great showman. I consistently find the live interpretations of his solos to have a kenetic energy that's missing on the records. He made the songs better live, while almost everyone else pretty much note-for-notes it.
@GohModley its a strat .jake sent it to charvel to be painted and they put there mark on it .i always wanted one .and then found out i always did have one .
@MUDSHARK111 Yes, but this particular one is a top/down Charvel. The one you are referring to has two single coil pickups and a humbucker in the bridge. This one in this video is an actual Charvel, and it has just the humbucker at the bridge. There's no telling how many Charvels Jackson Grover gave Lee among others during the 80s to pimp the Charvel product.
Chilli's a wee bit full of himself. You sound pretencious, "I can play this note for note" good for you what ya fuckin want a metal cause you can play covers.
Meu amigo, quanta besteira vc falou da vida do Ozzy! É tudo lenda isso aí!! Arrancou a cabeça até da pomba!Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, se liga, mano!!!!!
I love Jake, but Ozzy didn't utilize him to his fullest potential. I don't think Ozzy, ass hole, Osbourne, didn't appreciated Jake. For ex, these fucking keyboards covering up Jake.
@bluemeany Ozzy didn't utilize him? Listen to this! This is a rare find. Center Of Eternity...live? listen to jake, he's all over the place, he's just as good as Randy ( not better ) but Zakk never lived up to his own potential with Ozzy. I guess all good music is dying.
Too much arguing over Randy and Jake....okay you know what they pretty much can't be compared. HELL if they both played on the same stage the world as we know it would explode from sheer awesomeness!!

YOU SILLY GIRLS!!!! how can you even compare a legendary guitarplayer !!! with jake e. lee. nothing against jake, but this is like comparing apples with oranges.
I only wish they still played some songs from this album, other than Bark at the Moon. This is one of the best CDs I ever heard in my life and it's really sad that they only play one song from it - WHEN they play anything from it at all.
It'd be weird if I didn't, since it was the first Hard Rock/Metal album I got. Read again what I wrote back there: I wish they played other songs from the album Bark at the Moon, besides the title song. I think the second sentence made my point of view clear.
Ozzy couldnt keep hIM AROUND CAUSE JAKE QUIT AFTER OZZY CAME HOME DRUNK ONE NIGHT AND TO JAKE TO GET THE FUCK UP OUT OF BED AND WRITE SONGS, HE QUIT AFTER THAT AND OZZY BEGGED HIM TO COME BACK FOR MONTHS AFTER, HE NEVER DID
Considering I was a going to these shows when Randy and Jake were both with ozzy and I play guitar and I can play these songs note for note..... uh Yeah!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow

I have BATM album like that too lol. Must not be THAT rare.
I also have the Ultimate Sin album with the song list in the wrong order on the back of the case. The back of the booklet is like that too, but on the inside it is normal. Is that rare, too? lol
it's just amazing how jake changed his style to a more dirty blues rock style in these days, here he plays extreme progressive metal guitar, very accurate
Anyone know the real age of Aldridge? IOve been a fan since the Pat Travers days. He looked old then 30 years ago, now he looks totally ancient. Wonder if Meth had anything to do with it? Great drummer, born again christian, cool dude. Age please?
Dude, you got the "One In A Million" copy...For every million copies of Bark At The Moon they printed. One of them had this song titled as "Forever"...That's worth a shitload of money...You could sell that copy on ebay and buy a 1972 Trans Am with the money you get from that record !!!!
I also have that album. I bought it in '88 or something. Is it really that rare? The order of the songs are also different from the original. I've been told it's a european edition or something.
Did you ever hear of the name BRAD GILLIS? Man dude, Im a drummer and Lee had to be the worst of all Ozzy guitarists, although he was prety good. Type in ozzy tour 82 and 83 and I think it wil change you mind!
WRONG! And stating that you're drummer doesn't do anything but lead creedence to your ignorance about guitarists.Brad, I thought played Sabbath songs wayyyyy better than Randy.Play the tribute album, then play the Speak of the devil album.Jake though, smokes on EVERYTHING!!!
your obviously an amateur musician. not all drummers feed off of the bassist. I think I know a little more about bands that you do junior so when your credentials match mine, speak up! Until then, crawl back into your little hole under mama's dress and die bitch!
And you obviously assume too much. That's why I said what I said. Who the fuck are you? I'm a drummer...So fucking what!If you're so hot then why the fuck aren't you displaying YOUR skills with top draws like Ozzy? Oh cause he and everyone else that makes it sucks also, right? As far as your credentials go...Just ask yourself,"Where am I?"ahahahahaha!!!

tommy plays on bark at the moon, but he wanted to go do far more greater things.carmine didnt play that long, mabey like 2 months if not even that.tommy came back on the american leg of the tour,to help ozzy.when writing for the ultimate sin came about, which was right around this time, tommy went to whitesnake, and we got randy castilio, who in my eyes was the best, but hey thats just my opinion
The date of this video is wrong. Tommy Aldridge played the first half of the BATM tour(which was about late83 or early 84') and then left Ozzy Osourne's band. The Mighty Carmine Appice was brought in as a replacement.

drummerdave is talking as if he is the authority, then he should be able to state his accomplishments.
Aldridge has many.
As far as Obama,
at least he knew in 2002 that the invasion/occupation of Iraq was a bad idea.
McCain can blow $10 billion a month in Iraq,
but when it comes to education, he won't spend a dime, allowing China and India to have the upper hand.
